Very good. Pre- ordered an item that was not available anywhere so prepaid for item. They contacted me when the item came into stock to say they noticed some slight damage on the outer box . I accepted the goods and could hardly notice there was any damage. They also gave me a £10 gift voucher. Most suppliers would have just sent the item out.
