Returns

Items can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If you would like to use our Royal Mail returns service just fill in the form below and we will issue you with a returns label. The cost of this service is £3.50 and will be deducted from your refund. To start the returns process for your order, please email us at info@rockawaytoys.co.uk or request a return from your customer account here.

Please note that this service can not be used for oversized items (dimensions greater than 61 x 46 x 46cm) and these will need to be sent by a courier. If you would like us to arrange this for you please get in touch

Once we have received the item(s) back a full refund will be issued. Please note that any enhanced shipping services will not be refunded.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective then a free returns label will be issued and a replacement product will be sent as soon as possible.
