If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective then a free returns label will be issued and a replacement product will be sent as soon as possible.

Delivery to United Kingdom

Standard Shipping Free - £3.50

Orders over £25 qualify for free standard shipping. Most items are dispatched within 1-2 working days and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Oversized items will be sent via courier.

Orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 are typically delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch, however this may be longer at peak periods.

Tracked 24: £2 - £5.50 - Same day dispatch if ordered by 12pm

Orders are dispatched the same working day if ordered by 12pm and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Orders send via Royal Mail Tracked 24 are typically delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch, however this may be longer at peak periods. Delivery can be upgraded to a this service for just £2 on orders over £25. Oversized items will be sent via courier.

Direct Delivery

Certain items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Information about expected delivery time frames should be on the individual listings. If your order contains these items you will only be able to select standard shipping.
