Delivery to United Kingdom

Standard Shipping Free - £3.50

Orders over £25 qualify for free standard shipping. Most items are dispatched within 2-3 working days and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Oversized items will be sent via courier.

Orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 are typically delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch, however this may be longer at peak periods.

Tracked 24: £2 - £5.50 - Same day dispatch if ordered by 12pm

Orders are dispatched the same working day if ordered by 12pm and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 are typically delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch, however this may be longer at peak periods. Delivery can be upgraded to a this service for just £2 on orders over £25. Oversized items will be sent via courier.

Items are shipped with Royal Mail, however courier may vary with oversized items.

You will receive notification by email or text message when your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be included if they are available

Returns

Items can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If you would like to use our Royal Mail returns service just fill in the form below and we will issue you with a returns label. The cost of this service is £3.50 and will be deducted from your refund. To start the returns process for your order, please email us at info@rockawaytoys.co.uk or request a return from your customer account here.

Please note that this service can not be used for oversized items (dimensions greater than 61 x 46 x 46cm) and these will need to be sent by a courier. If you would like us to arrange this for you please get in touch

Once we have received the item(s) back a full refund will be issued. Please note that any enhanced shipping services will not be refunded.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective then a free returns label will be issued and a replacement product will be sent as soon as possible.
