Delivery to United Kingdom

Standard Shipping (2nd Class) £2.95

Orders sent via Royal Mail 48 are typically delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch, however this may be longer at peak periods.

Orders over £15 qualify for free standard shipping and are sent via royal mail 48. Oversized items will be sent via courier.  

Direct Delivery

Certain items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Information about expected delivery time frames should be on the individual listings. If your order contains these items you will only be able to select standard shipping.  

Other Information 

Items are shipped with Royal Mail or UPS, however courier may vary with oversized items.

You will receive notification by email or text message when your is item has been dispatched. Tracking details will be included if they are available

Returns

Items can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If you would like to use our Royal Mail returns service just fill in the form below and we will issue you with a returns label. The cost of this service is £3 and will be deducted from your refund. To start the returns process for your order, please email us at info@rockawaytoys.co.uk or visit the returns page and enter your email address and the order number and any other relevant information.

Please note that this service can not be used for oversized items (dimensions greater than 61 x 46 x 46cm) and these will need to be sent by a courier. If you would like us to arrange this for you, just fill in the returns page.

Once we have received the item(s) back a full refund will be issued. Please note that any enhanced shipping services will not be refunded.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective then a free returns label will be issued and a replacement product will be sent as soon as possible.
